Consulting
We can evaluate your current software and assist you with ways to be more productive. A regular needs analysis of your time tracking, billing and data management technology is a valuable part of your business success.
Implementation / Installation
Every office has unique management needs that require careful thought and planning. Our focus is to establish a good understanding of your business practices so you can gain the most from your software program.
We will ask you what you would like assistance with in the day-to-day running of your office, and what problems you currently have. From there, we will customise the software products where possible to meet your requirements.
We will assist you, or work with your IT consultant, during the software installation to ensure that your server and workstations are configured correctly.
Training
Training is a very important element of deploying a new or upgraded software program in order to gain the most from your investment. When new staff members are employed, we can ensure that they are introduced to your systems and procedures thoroughly and with minimal disruption to other staff.
Training is available in basic, intermediate and advanced levels.
When you engage Time & Data Management to provide training for your office, the training sessions are tailored to meet your needs and business practices. Training can be provided in one-on-one or small group sessions.
Onsite training: This is held at your office, using your data. We have a portable projector that allows us to train groups as well as one on one.
Remote training: We can provide remote access training, which means we can connect to your PC, regardless of your location, and provide training using your data.
We have extensive training experience with Lexis® Front Office powered by Time Matters®, Lexis® Back Office powered by PCLaw™, Timeslips by SAGE and SAGE TimeSheet which allows us to provide you with personalized training to meet your needs.
Ongoing Support
Ongoing support is part of our commitment to you. This service may be provided over the phone, via email or on-site, as required.
Custom Report Writing
All products have built-in reports, but these may not always meet your needs. We have the ability to generate custom reports using Crystal Reports so that all the information you require is at your fingertips.
Billing Services
Generating bills on a routine basis is critical to your business cash flow, but it can be time-consuming job. If you need help getting your bills out regularly using Timeslips by SAGE or Lexis® Back Office powered by PCLaw™, we can assist you.
