Every office has unique management needs that require careful thought and planning. Our focus is to establish a good understanding of your business practices so you can gain the most from your software program.

We will ask you what you would like assistance with in the day-to-day running of your office, and what problems you currently have. From there, we will customise the software products where possible to meet your requirements.

We will assist you, or work with your IT consultant, during the software installation to ensure that your server and workstations are configured correctly.

 

Training is a very important element of deploying a new or upgraded software program – when you engage us to provide training for your office, the training sessions are tailored to meet your needs and business practices. We have extensive experience and can provide training via any of these methods:

On-site training is held at your office, using your data and scheduled to meed the needs of your firm.

On-line web training is provided live via a secure remote connection to your PC, regardless of your location.

Group training can be conducted onsite or on-line.

One-on-One training for you and your key personnel.

Ongoing support is part of our commitment to you. This service may be provided over the phone, via email or on-site, as required.

 

All products have built-in reports, but these may not always meet your needs. We have the ability to generate custom reports using Crystal Reports so that all the information you require is at your fingertips.
