Our business had been doing invoices manually via excel spreadsheets and capturing various charge out costs to clients also by excel for over 10 years. This was ok when I only had to do 20 invoices a month. Now we are issuing approx 100 invoices a month.

In October 2010 we made the decision to incorporate Sage Timeslips into our office for 2 main reasons. One, was to help better capture time writing for clients, including expenses. Secondly, to make the process of compiling invoices a much more automated, efficient and accurate process.

In all aspects Sage Timeslips has helped us make significant advances. With training from Michele our invoicing process is now much quicker, and I feel more comfortable that our staff have been able to cpature more accurately client charges and expenses.

The result has equated to an increase of at least 5% in turnover and the knowledge that we are capturing all our costs accurately. Sage Timeslips will allow us to grow without the administration nightmare that can so easily stymie small business growth.
